Good aspects - Subject and curriculum, bad aspects - Relatively new course. Admission through CAT. Reason to choose - analytics being the new core for the upcoming future. Website - IIM Kashipur website

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall good. The faculties are helpful. Most of them have good experience in the domain. IT being the core specialisation here, the faculties are aptly qualified in their subjects. There were delays but were always made up on the stipulated time.

Internships Opportunities

I have availed internships from the institute. The institute offers decent internship opportunities with the average package rising as high as 1.5 lakhs per month.

Placement Experience

The college provides a good placement opportunity. Many alumnis have gotten placement in good organisations from our institute. The institute is visited by companies like Accenture, Infosys, RBL, jiolabs, Airtel and reliance to name a few. Given that the institute has completed 10 years since it's inception we are expecting many more good companies to come for placement opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is at par with many new IIMS, even the course being relatively new. The institution provides the facility for all the financial aid that the student might need. Plenty of scholarship opportunities to avail and many on campus job offers as well for students.

Campus Life

Campus life is good. You get to enjoy the two years with both hardships and fun. There's proper infrastructure for both the students and faculties, adequate facilities for extracurricular and sports activities. Agnitraya - the flagship event of IIM Kashipur, which happens every year, which incorporates many artists from across the country. Many case competitions and sports activities.

I faced only interview. The group discussion and written test were not the part of the admissions process. The procedure might have changed a bit now, but even so the there will be no group discussion.

DBUU Review for BAMS

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

GREAT COLLEGE

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email.
