Admission is generally done through entrance examinations for the direct Bachelor Of Technology students. Diploma students are selected on the basis of their merit and school grades on respective subjects. Lateral students are given admission from the 3rd semester.

The faculty members of the Chemical Engineering department are very good and friendly. They try to help every individual student to overcome their restrictions and perform well in academics besides co-curricular activities. Moreover, if any student asks for help from any professor outside the college then they never deny helping, rather they try to provide the best materials at that very moment to clear the doubt. We also have language classes held by the best faculties that basically help us in shaping our communication skills for our future interviews. Various different activities are practised as well to boost up someone's confidence before preparing them for some interviews.

Internships are provided from various companies to increase our understanding and knowledge of machines and usage of all those in our course. College provided internships makes our vision clear about the future job where we will have to handle all the process in the machines and thus helps us learn a lot.

Various different companies come to our college for campus placements that generally starts from the 7th semester. Reasonable packages are offered to students along with the job. Around 50% of students get placed safely in the campus placements and the rest are helped by the faculties to get a job on their own.

The fees of this college are comparatively much lower than the other private colleges. And getting almost all facilities at low fees is really commendable. College also provides some scholarship besides the government scholarship. The students get the fee waived at times based on their personal problems.

The campus is mainly green. It feels very connected to nature as we study and grow in between the greenery. This college is a complete ragging free college. If reported then severe actions are taken immediately and the student who rags get suspended or even rusticated. In this three year of my college life, I never faced, seen or have heard about ragging complaints from anyone. Also, it's compulsory to mention that we got very helpful and friendly seniors. Who stayed by our side in case of difficulties and helped us in understanding our course in detail.
