Vinay Naidu's Review On SIES College Of Arts Science And Commerce - [SIES ASCS], Mumbai

SIES is good college the facilities it offer is good the ambiance(surrounding) the college building the hospitality is good teachers are best part of it during our times KT form were costlier and i had got many KT's that bothered me apart from it all good.

I passed 12th with 70 % so had opted for sies nerul one as it was good college as my marks were good and being a south Indian and coming in south Indian quota i got easily admission and i choose BBI why i chooses BBI because my sister suggested and with the scope of getting in banking from.

About BBI it is basically having more theoretical part in it we had six semester so had six new subjects in every new semester that may be related to banking accounting and laws (during my college days).

Yes college did provided us internship during our days companies like blackturte many banks like city union bank and LIC and HDFC insurance and all.

Their were many banks came city uniona and other cooperative banks and many companies came I got college placement in EClerx PVT LTD during my time so placement wise it is good many of my friend gt placement in TCS n Accenture also currently.

The main event of SIES Nerul is SIESONS then their is stream wise event of every department too like for my case i was in BBI so we had SYNERGY as our event FRAMES n many other event of other courses too. Coming to participation we loved voluntaring SIESONS during our time a three day mega event were many people came from other college to participate in it many bands like AGNI too performed during our college days and many Well known people do came

During our days the fee structure were feasible as name of college matters in deciding fees so it was not that expensive.

Scholarship was their but don't have any idea more about it.

SIES can be predominantly called as a girls college, the ratio of girls are more (in my class total strength was 60 and out of that had 44 girls) so u could imagine SIES is manly have south Indian people as name suggest south Indian quota was also their in our days though but had many number of people from north side like Punjabi u will find too SIES computer lab were huge n clean was memorable though about sports we had ring football have a very own fest for sports the popular one was TUG OF WAR SIES engineering had technical games like robotics, Lan amazing, paint ball etc we have freshers party NSS national social service that means giving towards society responsibility towards societies we had nature camp (Roha) and main thing we have best places for "IV" aka industrial visits.

I was not in hostel as i were staying near to college in case of college canteen the food served were good n reasonable and pure south Indian style we have our very on samosa sambhar you find in SIES nerul outside u wont find it.

We have alumni network which helped us with convocation day (special day) apart from that special passes for sessions (college fest). No other experience apart from these.

Exam was chilled out though we managed to pass but on serious note exam room had two invigilator and labs were clean n most suitable.

Faculty were good because teaching in sies u got to be good teachers were good and lineament in some cases teachers were having deep knowledge about the subject they taught it was clear n helped us to think for future.
