Shri Ramdebaba College of Engineering

I applied for JoSAA counselling but in spite of good percentile in jee mains, I was unable to sit for the counselling. So this college was my next option due to some personal preferences. I availed no quota and thus admission seemed a bit unfair. Only 8.33 % of seats were for people coming from all over India. There were no minimum marks for this method of admission. They serial wised called students according to their marks in JEE mains and MHCET ( different callouts for both examinations) you can sit in both but book only seat provided in the methods.

I have an interest in Electronics. Faculty-student ratio can be roughly 50:1. Faculties are well qualified however not all. And the teaching method is quite decent. Again depends on how you see it Exams are difficult to pass. Though not if you study appropriately.

No information on the internship can be provided from my side because due to lockdown we haven't been able to know much about what happens in the further years of study. Similarly, no project and tasks can be mentioned here to write a review.

Students become eligible in the third year of their courses. Many companies like LnT, Golmansach, Adobe, Zs, and various MNCs' visit the college to offer placements and internships. The highest package was 27 lakhs per annum and the average is 6-8 lakhs per annum. Almost 100% placement is offered or is claimed to be done. To study further for a master's degree.

The college is probably amongst the lowest fee private institutes all over the nation. You can avail scholarship if you score above certain criteria. Financial assistance can't say about that cause I didn't need it. and the job also I haven't received any as I have just passed 2 nd year.

College life is insanely good and the best if you find perfect friends to accompany it. Annual fest occurs namely Pratishuti which is quite cool. There's also a freshers event and multiple branch-wise and college events keep happening throughout the year which is absolute fun. The library is well furnished with proper seating arrangement and almost all books are available and are well provided. Classroom amenities are also fulfilled correctly. Sports events occur with full zeal in the college. And extracurricular activities are also very good. There are various clubs you can be a part of throughout your college life. Clubs like Music club, Drama club, literature club, Technical club, robotics club and many more.

Room is well provided with all the daily necessities however option to use Air conditioner is not there, Mess quality is hands down one of the best the only con that too for some percentage of people can be the absence of non-veg, That is all to complain about. The registration process is simple and is done with the admission confirmation. Affordability is also very optimal. Only 82 thousand for mess and accommodation combined.
