Remarks

I've applied for all top 10 IITs and every tier 1 and 2 branches! I didn't avail any quota, but if you're from SC/ST. This ain't gonna tough for you. Eligible criteria, you should have scored well in JEE ADVANCE! Everything else is available on iitbhu.ac.in! Please refer!

Course Curriculum Overview

IITBHU has one of the greatest Alumni networks, so placements are very high here! Coding culture too is very very good! This is the nearest IIT to my home. So I chose it, and I never regretted it. Faculties are extremely qualified, and many were among the top 2% scientist in the world! Exams happen timely, and they are neither too tough nor too small.

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

If your family income is under 1 lac, it's almost free while you get a 50% reduction in fees if your family income is under 5lacs! NSP and UP scholarships that are all I know about, covers much of your expenditure, they give good amounts!

Campus Life

KashiYatra (cultural), TechNex (technical), E-Summit (Entrepreneurial), Spardha (Sports) are the major college fests! They are great! Social life is the best you can get anywhere in India. Just the infrastructure is a little older and not much attractive as of other colleges, Rest everything is just awesome!

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I choose iit bhu because of iit tag string mining dept and most imp the campus life which felt better than other options i have . I have options of few iits like iit dhanbad and all but iit bhu stood out the most from all other iits in terms of everyaspect as it has strong placements records and aluminia base with lots of supported startups.
