Remarks
I applied for Dyal Dingh College college and other top colleges like Hindu, Hansraj etc. But I could get admission only to this college because of my marks in class 12th. I didn't avail any quota. The admission criteria were according to class 12th marks in best four subjects. On counselling day you have to submit the required documents in original and photocopies. The documents required are class 12th passing certificate, class 12th and 10th mark sheet, caste certificate(if applicable), character certificate etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I was interested in pursuing higher studies in Mathematics. The Faculty:Student Ratio = 1:35. Almost all Faculties were good with an experience of 2-15 years. Their teaching style was easy to understand. Term exams were on time given in the date sheet before 1-2 months. They were of moderate level and easy to pass if you studied regularly.

Placement Experience
Only final years are eligible for placement. Although internships are available for all years students. If you get no placement offer, you can prepare for government jobs, competitive exams or pursue higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were nearly Rs. 13,000 for a year. There were also exam fees of nearly Rs. 1,200 depending upon your GE subjects. There was a scholarship of NSP by the Indian government. You can apply for that. You can also apply for a college scholarship for financially weak students.
Campus Life
There were two fests one by the Maths department and the other by the college. There is a library where you can read almost all English and Hindi newspapers. There are a lot of books in our college library including competitive exams. You can issue the books to read at home. There are also facilities for various indoor sports like carrom and chess and outdoor sports like football, volleyball, basketball etc. There are also various societies of various field of interest like culture, dance, music, photography, social work, entrepreneurship, writing, debate etc.
