Remarks

IIM Kashipur is one of the 13 new IIMs that the Government set up with the eleventh five-year plan. It is a very good college. No doubt you can cherish your life from here. To get admission you have to give the CAT exam first. The cutoff is around 95 percentile. After that GDPI will be conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always had a plan to do an MBA and I got IIM Kashipur. MBA is a sector I think you can venture a lot of things here. IIM Kashipur has a lot of experienced faculties. They are very helpful. They will try their best to solve each and every problem. There are total 4 semesters in 2 years.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 800000 per year

Internships Opportunities

IIM Kashipur provides a very good internship. Every year a lot of companies visited campus for the Internship. The average stipend is around 25000. Almost everyone gets an internship. Companies are from the market and finance field. Some of the companies are Amazon, Wipro, Nestle, Capgemini, TCS etc.

Placement Experience

Placements are very good on our campuses. Every year it is more and more increasing. A lot of companies visited every year for placement. Some of the companies are Amazon, Wipro, Amul, Capgemini, L&T, Deloitte etc. The median package is around 11 lakhs per annum. The highest can go up to 40 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee structure is around 15 lakh in 2 years. These fees including hostel, mess, admission, curriculum etc. ROI is good in our college. You can take an education loan too. There are also scholarships option for good students.

Campus Life

IIM Kashipur is best for its campus. I like the campus very much. Our campus is equipped with all the essential things that an MBA student requires in his life. There's a very big library apart from that our college has auditoriums, gyms, sports complex, canteens etc. There are a lot of clubs too.

Hostel Facilities

IIM Kashipur has individual hostels for boys and girls. The rooms are clean and neat. The foods are also very delicious. Medical help is always available. The wardens are caring and friendly. There's a lot of room for watching television. The overall hostel is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 300000 per year

Interview Experience

Almost every college conduct group discussion. The topic was social welfare. You have to perform very well in group discussion. Otherwise, you will get eliminated. I will recommend you to look at current topics for group discussion. After the group discussion, they will call you for a personal interview. It will be HR based following by some technical questions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Uttaranchal University is a gemstone!!

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Insights of the college through student eye

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email. No, specifically I haven't received any counselling related to IIM Kashipur or other IIM institutes. But the first advantage I saw was there were a lot of industries visit the IIM Kashipur campus.
