I'm NAZISH MALLICK, currently studying in the ECE branch of RCCIIT. Infrastructure and faculty are very good and helpful. Our college doesn't have its own hostel facility. However, there are many flats where you can stay for rent, or there are many PGs. There are 2 grounds when you can play many games. Sports fest, Tach fest, and many programs happen in our college. There r two campuses- old and new. In the old campus, you will find all the hardware labs, a well-equipped Library, Workshops, Hall, etc. The course which offered our college is based on MAKAUT syllabus. The teacher are very helpful, in this corona pandemic teachers gives more efforts to students for teaching. Admission in RCCIIT is based on wbjee/JEE Mains.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty members of our college is very helpful and friendly. In this corona pandemic, he/she always make efforts to teach the students in an online class. My class ratio is 60:1 that means 60 students per teacher. All the faculty members are graduated or PHD from Calcutta University or Jadavpur University. The main exam is held per semester but in the semester there is also 6 exam that is 4 ca and 2 PCA.
Internships Opportunities
I don't know much about internships whether college is allowed company or not but it's very good if any company will come and give the project to students. I will try to do an internship when the college will open and the corona pandemic become less
Placement Experience
Yes, campus placement is good, there r Many companies who visit our college such as IBM, TCS, Wipro, etc. Our faculty member helps the students to get the job and you also have the ability to do coding, programming etc. About 80 percent of students placed yearly . Highest package - 10 L Lowest package- 3.5 L
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees of college are 3,69,000 And for scholarships, you can apply to nsp, Swami Vivekananda, etc. The college will support you with scholarships in all conditions. In campus jobs, there r many companies who visit colleges, for example, IBM, Wipro, TCs, etc. For campus placement, you have the ability to get a job.
Campus Life
There r many fests which happen, for example, tech fest, Annual fest, etc. There is also a well-equipped Library on the old campus where you can find any types of books In the classroom, there is 60 students allowed and the classroom is in good condition such as electricity, fan, etc There r also two playgrounds where you can play many games like cricket, football And social activities is also running by our students named ROTARACT CLUB OF RCCIIT
