Remarks
Rcc Institute of Information and Technology has been one of my top choices as I got the college in counseling I took admission in it even without giving a second thought. So I did not attend any other college. Admission was done on the basis of wbjee rank and through its counseling process. (opening rank and closing rank of any college vary every year). On counseling, I got Rcc institute and I also wanted to join the college so I contacted the college they provided me the link to submit the documents and admission fees I submitted the documents and the fess and took the admission (admission procedure was online in 2020 because of the pandemic).
Course Curriculum Overview
-B-tech is one of the most fundamental courses with a lot of opportunities and I am passionate about engineering so I chose this course. -General faculty-student ratio is 1 faculty member for 40 students. -All faculty members are highly qualified and hold high degrees in respective subjects. The teaching method in RCCIIT is the best. Every topic of any subject is elaborated to the students vividly along with ppt or notes. -Term exams are taken regularly ar before the semester (4 CA and 2 PA exams). If you are attentive in class and regularly attend the class exams are not that tough but self-study is also important. RCCIIT takes doubt clearing class that's also very important to attend and helps very much in exams(term exams as well as semesters).
Internships Opportunities
Various companies offer internships in our college like IBM ,TCS ,CTS,Infosys,Wipro etc..Many other internship oppurtunities are also available.As well as various industry visits are also done by the college for the betterment of students. Various projects ,webniars ,Experts talk on Robotics, Cloud computing, Python ,IOT are done and clarified. These internships and Industry visits help in getting a good placement. In our college special emphasis is given to this domain.
Placement Experience
-From 3rd-year students are eligible for campusing. -Companys like TCS,CTS,Infosys,Wipro ,L&T Infotech,IBM India,Computronics System India etc is the main recruiters. -Highest salary of 8 lakh per annum. and lowest is 3 lakh per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are absolutely affordable and no sudden hikes in fees. There are various opportunities of scholarships in this college. (academic and non-academic) Various multinational companies visits and recruit students from RCCIIT like TCS ,CTS etc
Campus Life
-Various fests are held comprising of various cultural activities like dance,drama etc.'Tech Trix' is a fest conducted in February. -RCCIIT has the best library facilities. Library has a vivid collection of books and journals of all subjects of all streams of BTECH as well as different other books.The library caters to the need of every student.Books can be issued,sit and read facility is there as well as books suggestion can be given to the library committee. -There are display boards ,lockers for students,age appropiate furniture and well maintained labs with all facilities for successful experiment conduction -All kinds of sports are encouraged and practised in our college be it football,tennis etc,Sports equipments are availale in college . Playground is also there for regular practice and matches. -There are Coding clubs, Drama clubs ,Rotract (social group)run by students for the students.
