Remarks
The college took all the responsibilities of my admission. It only asked to visit the college on a specific day to pay the fees and have a look around the college. We were asked to pay any amount of our choice towards the admission. The faculty in the admission duty were very cooperative and held us back since day one and till now.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum comprises the 8th semesters. Our college is autonomous and it holds its own exams results and designs its own syllabus convenient for the students. It is affiliated with BPUT Rourkela. The faculty members are very cooperative and easily approachable.
Internships Opportunities
NIST gives an opportunity for paid and unpaid internships for students all around the globe in various multinational companies. Many companies come to NIST to take students for internships and offer them PPOs.
Placement Experience
The placement at NIST is very good and 80% of the students are placed. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Infosys, Tata consultancy services, Conzinant, Capgemini etc are coming for placement drive at NIIST.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is 86000 for tuition fees and 15000 for travel and 17000 for training fees. NIST provides a lot of scholarships from management and faculty quota. The government has also provided for the TFW scheme.
Campus Life
Life at NIST is mesmerising. There are a lot of clubs present in NIST for the development of the skills of students. The names of the clubs are NCS, NSS, NMS, NDS, REC, Robotics club, Drama club, Coding club, Photography club, Animation and VFX club. NIST has a marvellous and world-class infrastructure.
