My Journey at TCAS

On seeing the low fee and the on-campus placements percentage of my college which is very high, I chose this college to pursue MBA in Finance. Corporate meets are organized twice a year in which corporate leaders visit our campus to make us develop our personality, soft skills, and managerial skills as well. Moreover, I completed my graduation from Greater Noida and so a friend of mine from Delhi suggested me to get admission in this college.

I chose to go for MBA in finance because I always dreamt of working in banking sector. Moreover, the faculties of my department are highly qualified with MBA, PhD or M.Phil degrees and hold good command over the subject they teach. Also, they are helping in nature and the teaching pattern is planned in such a way so that we can have theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Also, corporate leaders are invited to our college 2 times in a year when they share their experiences and the updates of the corporate sector, etiquette training, personality grooming are taught to us in those sessions. Furthermore, the semester exams are conducted twice a year and once in 6 months and the difficulty level of the exam is too easy to clear as the classroom's knowledge and the availability of books in the library is enough.

Top recruiters like Genpact, Airtel, Panache Soultion, ICICI securities, Aviva have visited our campus till now for the position of Business Development officers, sales representative, HR executive, travel consultant and various other posts.The highest salary offered is 11 LPA and the average salary 7 LPA. Around 80% of my seniors got recruited in on-campus placement. After 2nd semester, we are permitted to go for placement drive.

The course fee for MBA is quite affordable i.e. Rs. 250000 for two years. Moreover, I didn't get any scholarship here but the provision of centre/state-sponsored and merit-based scholarships are available for those belonging to the reserved category. Also, financial assistance is available for those whose family's yearly income is less than 2 lakh.

My campus life is too amazing as we have eco club, abhivyakti club, cultural club, photography club, literary club, rangmanch club and others. So, I joined rangmanch club since I have an interest in fine arts and I want to flourish my talent through this platform. Also, 'Anugoonj' which is a cultural fest and annual sports meet is organized every year. Apart from all these, we have library, sports facilities, canteen, auditorium, well-maintained classrooms in our college.
