Remarks

Firstly, the fee is too less as compared to other B-School. Also, the placement cell works very nicely and that is seen through the percentage of placements. Apart from that, facilities, learning environment, faculties are the reason to take admission in this college. Now, most important thing I am going to share is the admission process for which I completed the registration process after that my CAT score and marks obtained in previous academics were considered. Further, I went through interview round and then got selected to get into PES University for MBA program.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum consists of 4 semesters with different subjects that help in getting thorough knowledge of the management. Post completion of the first year, we are offered paid internships during which we also get practical knowledge and industry exposure. After all, I can say that the course curriculum is digitally tuned, and have partnerships with leading Institutions across the country and overseas as well. Above all, the faculties of our department are too good at teaching and they believe in endowing both practical as well as conceptual knowledge. They make us aware of the need or requirement of the industry and accordingly they prepare us. Also, they take classes to enhance our personality, soft skills, managerial skills, etiquettes, and organizational behaviour.

Placement Experience

4.5

Our college provide better placements than other MBA college in the area. The hiring companies are IBM, ITC Limited, Honeywell, Genpact, Deloitte, Amazon, HDFC Bank and others. Almost 95% seniors of our department got placed in on-campus placement drive and the left ones got the recruited off-campus. The highest package offered to our department last year was 12 LPA and the average package reached 6.5 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee for MBA program which I am pursuing is 1 lakh for two years including internship, membership registration fee and others. Moreover, there are certain scholarship scheme like corporate scholarships, rural scholarships for those coming from rural background, Prof. C.N.Rao Scholarship, and also, those who score 7.5 CGPA or more than that are given cash prize money. Further, the toppers get 40% concession in program fee for the next academic year. Despite of all he scholarship provided in my college I have not availed yet but hoping to get further since I got more than 7.5 CGPA in the first year.

Campus Life

4

Extra curricular and co-curricular activities like cultural fest, tech activities, social responsibility, sports tournament takes place in our college. Also, my college has clubs namely Pulse which is a dance club, nautanki- a drama team, Pixels - photography club, pitch please - music club. In addition to this, events like prakalpa, Maaya, Ninaada, samarpana, Cori and Aatmatrisha which is an annual techno-cultural fest conducted every year. And due to all this, my campus life is going great.

Admission

I only had gone through interview round where very basic questions related to my previous studies, my plan for future and the reason for opting MBA and since I had gap of 1 year, I was asked questions related to that as well. And lastly, my soft skills, mental ability, problem solving capacity were checked.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
