Remarks

I choosed this college because it was the best college available in the range of marks I scored in entrance exam . This college has good placement , the location of college is nice. The teacher are average here . The infrastructure of the college is nice. The crowd of college is nice , student from are over the India , and world come here.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed this because I have interest in automobile. The teacher are average here . Earlier the staff was good but over the time quality has degraded. The student ratio is 1000 :1000 . The teacher use their own way teaching some use black board,some PPT. The exam were conducted regularly according to the SPPU University schedule. If you study regularly it's not difficult to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are no internship opportunity available in the college. One need to find internship himself. The college aloud the students to do the internship and the absent days are not considered. The internship as such does not matter for placement.

Placement Experience

The campus placement is below average the most of the company that come for recruitment are marketing or IT companies. Highest package is around 10 lakhs , average package is 4 lakhs. The most of the students take jobs some prepare for gate , some prepare for Ms.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is around 70K tution fees and 30K around the other fees . If you belong to cast category than you have to less amount. No there is on campus job opportunity . Scholarship is available for good student.

Campus Life

The social life of the campus is best in whole Pune. The annual fest called SINHGAD KARANDAK is famous in whole MAHARASHTRA. Sinhgad Neon is technical fest also very famous . It is conducted in February month every year. The library is very large and you will find all the books here. The class room are very nice . There are many sports competition and all the college from the Pune take part in them .There are 15-20 social , technical group are active in college. You can get very exposure.

Admission

The admission was based upon the MH-CET entrance exam score , conducted by MAHARASHTRA government . There was no Gd nor interview. The exam is conducted once every year. Student can take admission through management qouta also .

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

I applied for sinhgad college of engineering and on second MIT Pune in Pune as this 2 colleges provide chemical engineering . I got selected in the first college itself as per their required eligibility criteria and so i was fitted in that criteria and got selected their. Addmission was done through CAP centrallised Admission in that after getting selected in that college we need to pay rupees one thousand to freeze the seat to take the admission in that college. I choose this college for first as its fees was less than compared to MIT. And as we got admission through CAP we get scholarship and so we get 50 percent scholarship on college fees. SCOE Vadgaon is often considered one of the flagship institutions of the Sinhgad Technical Education Society (STES). First of all I choose Parul University for engineering in computer science but this college is so many far from my house my family is not ready to send me there.
