Remarks
Since after completing my 12th standard, I started preparing for JEE mains examination and got 62 marks in my first attempt. Without having any another year gap, I applied in several colleges for my engineering. I opted for this college just because of its placement rates in engineering sector. The admission process in this college was totally based on the academic scores, engineering entrance exam, extra curricular activities, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
In my course curriculum, I had been given such content to study in which from basic to advance, every mechanism of engineering covered in comprehensive manner. My major strength was in thermodynamics, RAC, strength of material and production technology. Although i performed good in rest of the subjects also. My professors were highly educated and dedicated towards their work meticulously. My course duration was of four years in which the last semester was for the industrial training.
Placement Experience
Coming to the placement rates, My college had been consistently securing above average rank in the city for high placement rates in the engineering segment and that was a major factor behind my decision to get admission here. Placement cell of this college was very active and used to organized such events that helped me in exploring new skills concealed within me. I was placed in Mercedes Benz with an annual CTC 12 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My annual tuition fees for my degree course was around 3,35,000 including all taxes. Apart from my tuition fees I had to pay certain additional university charges which were worth 70,000 per annum including my study material cost. Personal expenses were variable here and they totally depends on individual's life style.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of my college was fully equipped with latest technologies and the maintenance was always up to date. The classrooms of my campus were high tech and fully air conditioned. Hostel facilities were also available here with affordable charges. Personally I didn't opt for campus accommodation as my home was few km's away from my campus. There were many competition in different segments conducted in my campus during my course duration. I loved to attend the annual cultural fest which was last long fro three days in my time.
