COLLEGE = SCHOOL

This college is very strict. You should join this college if you really want to study but in some subjects faculties are not good. You will be fined for short attendance below 75%. Gates are closed after first lecture till 3rd or 4th lecture. No proper management in college. Washrooms are not hygienic. Computer labs are outdated. If you want to just grab degree with little bit knowledge gain then you can join. But I don't recommend to join here. Go for another college under same course like JIMS, Maharaja Surajmal.

Teachers are not so good. They are repeating themselves every year. As you have chosen your career in IT. It's better to know that you are living in a fast pace moving world where everyday new technology arrives. The current curriculum of BCA, B.Tech in CS courses consists of outdated practices which are not used nowadays still it helps in you understanding basics. But this is not sufficient to compete in today's scenario. Many colleges does not focus on these aspects.

In the name of internships they take money from you around 7.5k and teach you nothing. In sixth semester it is mandatory to have internship according to syllabus of BCA. But college don't accept internships from outside the college. So, you have to forcefully pay 7.5k for their own internship.

No placements at the college campus. Zero companies visits. They just refer you to go for placement drive at another campus. After college, you can go for off campus placements. You can expect CTC of 2 - 2. 5L per annum.

First year fee is little high due to admission fee and all extra charges. Second year onwards, fees is around 85k to 90k. Fees hikes are governed by GGSIPU. No scholarships here. Placements are not good. You have to go some other colleges from here at the time of placements. They just refer you that's it.

Keep in mind there are no extra curricular activities. Fests are just okay without any celebrity. Many times they skip events. Library is sufficient. No social groups, no clubs etc. Forget about these things.
