Nit Trichy is one of the top engineering college in india and no 1 among all nits. It has good placement.placement percentage here is 98% which means almost every student get placed. On the plus side it has 800 acres of campus which is very big.All faculties are very qualified and helpful they try to teach their students everything they know. For Admissions, their is a national level exam NIMCET conducted by all nits every year. If you are a gen category student,You have to get a rank under 50 to get NIT trichy. NIMCET exam consist of total 120 questions in which 50 are maths (Jee Mains Level), 40 reasoning and aptitude, 10 Computer, 20 English.

Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee of NIT Trichy is quite high. For 3 year Mca course I have to Pay arround 5 lacs with hostel and mess.But here is plus point you can apply for scholarship if you are a resident of tamilnadu or you are a sc/st category student. Some states also provide scholarship to their resident You can also apply for that. On the other hand, You can get an education loan. Since this is a top college every bank is ready to give loan to their students.The fees is high but placement is also too high.Placement percentage in this college is 98% which is very good.

Campus life of nit is very good. It has 800 acres of campus which is quite large. Their are many technical and non technical clubs. Annual fest of NIT Trichy is Festember which is the one of the biggest cultural fest of india and biggest fest of Tamil Nadu. Their is also a central library in which many books are available. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and big.
Admission
Yes, There is a national level test called Nimcet is conducted to get admission into this college. To get this cllg you have to secure under 50 rank. in nimcet there are 50 ques of maths , 40 of reasoning,10 of computer and 20 of English. But there is no pi for the admission. if you got rank under 50 you are admitted to the institute.
