Remarks
This college is one of the most renowned college in India for its management studies. The in depth knowledge for each subject that is taught in the college is excellent. The projects given in the college provides a lot of practical experience to the studends.To apply to this university you need to clear the enterence exam named NPAT, that is conducted in the month of may.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose B.com(hons) as i wanted a wide knowledge on every subject that this course provides. The student to faculty ratio is 50:1. All the professors in the university are highly qualified with a minimum of 2+ degrees and very patient with each student. Exams are counducted every semester twice, one mid terms and one end examination, with a high difficulty level
Placement Experience
Large companies like D.E Shaw, JP morgan, Zomato, byjus, tres vista, book my show, CRISIL ect have come for campus recruitment. The highest package offered was of 1850000. The average package ranges from 500000- 700000. Almost 70% of studenta applying of campus recruitment are being placed.
Fee Structure And Facilities
No hike in fee structure, it is the same for all the years as on the first year. The annual one time fee is 169000. Fees can be paid in intervals upon a prior consent of the admission office. The placement opportunities that the university offers is excellent, many big companies come for recruitment and select many of the students
Campus Life
The social life of the campus is mind blowing. The college fest named VAAYU is held every year by the students of NMIMS where many big celevrities take part in various programmes. The college sports club hosts tournaments of every sport at inter division level.
Admission
There is one enterence test named NPAT held every may. The test is purely based on topics alreqdy learnt at schooling level so juat a little brushing up of basic topics is enough. I prepared by just going through the basics of quantative apptitude questions.
