Remarks

Life is chilled out there but the level of education provided is not upto the mark, though the teachers are well qualified.

I appeared for AIEEE and i opted for this college because this the oldest engineering college in punjab.

No, our college doesn't provide internship.

Placement Experience

A lot of companies visited our campus for placements. for eg;- Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Asahi glass etc. avg package offered was around 3.5 lacs.

College Events

Many cultural and technical festivals are held in the college. like genesis

Campus Life

Campus life is very chilled out,number of boys are more as compared to number of girls. labs are really very good, fully equiped

Hostel Facilities

There is ample space for students in the hostels, Hostel food is good. Average pg rental is around 6000 including food.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Faculty

Almost all of them have doctorate degrees,very co-operative in nature,friendly environment.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

As this college was nearest to my home . It is. Also one the most popular college in Punjab. It is most affordable college . I didn't applied to any other college . The admission here was from 2 rounds of open counseling and I got admission in 2 nd round. The cutoff for my course was about 85%. There was no such exam as entrance exam .
