Remarks
The admission procedure is simple. We just have to apply on the DU official website under the admission section with the desired course. You have to upload your 12th class mark sheet and wait until the cutoffs come. As soon as cutoffs are out. You simply have to go to the college under which you are eligible for admission. Note: you have to go yourself to college. You will not get any mail or call from the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is very good. Exams are as per the schedule of the Delhi university guidelines. You can easily pass the exams if you have studied just one week before the exams. The qualification of the faculty is very good. They all are PhD graduates and have cleared the NET exam.
Internships Opportunities
There are various socities that provides internships under their guidance (Such as SpaceNova DDUC). You can apply to Internship under the LinkedIn app. There are paid and non paid internships. You can apply to anyone as per your choice.
Placement Experience
There is a placement cell in our college. Under which you can apply for college placements. Mainly placements are of BMS students. But all other students can also apply for the placement. Major companies which come to NSUT have a direct impact on our placements too. Therefore placements of our college are quite good. The average package is not that good. As all students didn't participate in placement. In campus placement average. The package is 2-3 Lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is different for the different courses. In my course particularly. They charged only 18-19k per year. This college is fully funded by the Center and Delhi government. If you are pursuing BSc then you are eligible for the inspire scholarship of 80k per year for the time of your course. You just have to maintain a CGPA of above 7.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is very good. We have different societies which you can join. Right from the dancing clubs to the debating socities. Sports include Cricket, Baseball, football, basketball. There is an indoor sports complex at the campus itself.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is very good but costly. But it is genuine according to the facilities they give. There are double shared rooms with AC and mainly a separate bathroom of your own. The hostel has a total capacity of 180 students only. Outside accommodation is also good. PG's are available at a cost of 7k to 12k per month according to your requirements.
