Remarks

The admission process in any course is merit based and based onn student's profile and marks scored in previous three years os school study, i.e, class 10, 11 and 12. Admission process take a month to complete and is very easy and student friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty in BHM is well trained and qualified and student to teacher ratio is quite small of 1: 50, course consists of 8-semesters i.e 4-years and comprises a 1-semester exam and one mid-week exam per semester.

Placement Experience

Placements are provided depending on the course taken if the course is like Bachelor of Hotel Management most of the students get placed whereas in some other courses placement ratio might below. However, teacher help in off-campus placement also.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is quite affordable as compared to other courses, and other colleges throughout Mangalore. Scholarships are provided based on student portfolio and the category of students. Usually differ as per course.

Campus Life

30+ socities are present in every individual college as per their course and extra-curricular, libraries are opened during work hours and different extra-curricular and sports tournaments are organised on a monthly basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

Placement Experience:

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

A good affordable college with variety of courses to study
