overall college experience

I applied in techno india but it was far from my home, i got admission in Narula through AMPAI exam the minimum marks was 45% in science grp and 30% in English , age limit was minimum 17 theres no upper age limit

I chose EIE because this branch offers good job opportunities in electrical, mechanical, IT, CSE, electronics. faculty-student ratio is 12:1, qualifications- masters, PHD, in a semester we have to give 2 midterms and final semester exam midterms are moderate level difficult whereas final semester exam are huge deal

internships are done from DRDO DRL Assam Tezpur students from our department are doing intership from drdo since last 2-3 years this is an unpaid 4months internship, recently a high radius a software as a service-based mnc has come to our college they are offering us 4weeks training and then the whole 4th yr we will be working as an intern for them and its a paid one they are willing to pay around 14k and after that, if they like our works there are high chances of us getting a job in the same company

from 7th sem students are allowed to sit in the placement drives whereas they are been trained from 5th sem, IBM, TCS, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, CAPGEMINI these are the major companies in which our seniors are placed. The average package is arround 4.5LPA and the highest is 10LPA by BYJUS. my plan is to get a job from college campaign then i will go for higher studies.

Our B Tech fee structure is arround 4.5l , yeah they do provide lot of scholarships, in this pandemic our college has considered our late fines and they are giving ample amount of time for semester fee submission.

kritanz and navodaya are the 2 huge fest (tech & cultural) conducted in the month of Dec and Jan. all types of books and journals are accessible here. Narula institute of technology conducts annual sports in the month of Dec and Jan where we get to see several intresting events, inter-college football and cricket also happens.
