GLA college : good placements and infrastructure

I wanted a good college in my city and went with this. I did not apply for any quota. 50% marks are necessary for 12th. Either physics or chemistry is necessary to get admission to this program. I got a campus tour first and I had filled out a form. To get admission you have to give an online exam. If you pass, then you will be advanced for the personal interview.

The course curriculum is very informative and systematic. I chose BCA from GLA because I am interested in this and it is also a 3-year program. GLA sure has good faculties. They are very helpful to us. Most of the faculties have a degree in Ph.D. while others have post graduate degrees. The exams are conducted from time to time and the difficulty is moderate. They provide notes and the answers to the questions can be found there.

The college gives internship opportunities to the students, so as to give them prior experience of industrial work so that student can improve their skills and get prepared for their future placement. Our college also promotes and motivate small startups

Almost every student gets the placement, but the package is not so satisfying. Here, many companies come like Checkbox Technology Pvt Ltd, Noida. Infosys Ltd, Banglore, TCS Lrd , Wipro Ltd, Agami Technologies. Now, the highest package of gla is 32 lakh per annum and BCA placement is 7.7 lakh per annum.

Academic fee = 85000 per year Hostel fee = 100000 per year Scholarships are provided to students whose parents are not in the government sector and it is also based on marks obtained in previous classes.

There are many fests organized in our college, one of the fests is Milan. It is a two-day fest, there was a celebrity night and band night. There are many clubs in the college. about 10 clubs are active now. Our college motivates sports matches as well. Ninad is a social club of our college. There is very big library and any student can be issued any book for free.

There are many hostels in our college. Hostel facilities are not that great, well if you are an outsider, there is no other option than a college hostel. I am a day scholar so I am not so aware of hostel facilities

I have given an online exam and I got good marks on it. Questions related to quantitative analysis, reasoning. maths, English, general knowledge will be asked in the online exam. If you pass the exam then you will be forwarded to the personal interview round. No GD is conducted before admission. To pass the exam you should prepare for logical reasoning and engish too.
