The college you opt for good placements and a campus experience like no others

I had applied for multiple colleges like UEM but i chose Narula Institute Of Technology because of its reputation for the placements record and the hostel facility. The admission criteria was a minimum of 45% in the 12th standard and the minimum age was 17. The admission process was quite swift and easy.

I chose this course because it is very industry-relevant. No matter what sector we look at today all of them are impacted by the IT industry and require their services. Also, i had a keen interest in Coding and Problem Solving and wanted to opt for a course that would make the best use of those skills. The faculty: student ratio is roughly 25:60. The faculty is highly educated and is very helpful. We also have a unique mentoring system where a group of students is assigned under every teacher who is always there to help us. The term exams are at par. They test our knowledge to the best for both theory and practicals.

The college provides a special internship to meritious students after conducting an exam where they take them to AIT, Bangkok and provide them industry-efficient training. It's an amazing experience as you get to learn about technology, culture, people, and a lot of different things.

The students become campus placement eligible from the 6th semester itself. A number of companies visit the college including MNCs like- Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys etc, and also Startups like-Byju's, etc. The personally got 3 offers. The highest package is 10LPA and the average is 4LPA. The key roles provided are- Junior Software Associate, Senior Software associate, System analyst, etc. Almost 80% of students get placed in good companies. I plan to pursue my job in IT after the degree.

The total fee for the course is 450000 but some waiver system is also there in some quotas and scholarships. There is no hike in the fees system throughout the course. They provide the books from the library so that cost is covered. I got placed in 3 companies- Accenture, TCS, and Capgemeni even in the covid scenario. The T&P department delivers as promised. They do bring a lot of campanies including big MNCs and startups but the placement is dependent on the student. They bring packages from 2LPA to 10LPA and 4LPA being the average. Almost 80% of our batch got placed.

The tech fest is Kritanj which is conducted around March. It's a really good fest that we all wait for the entire year. Apart from that we also have other events like Navodaya. The library is really rich with a spacious reading room too. It's almost always accessible. The classrooms are very well furnished and spacious. Some model classrooms are also air-conditioned. The campus has a huge playground and a badminton court. We also have different sports carnivals within the college and also among the colleges under the JIS Group. We also have a lot of different clubs here like- Dance club, fashion club, etc.

The hostel has all the basic amenities and is also wifi-enabled. There are rooms for 2,3,4 and we all get separate cupboards, beds,tables and chairs. There are 5 hostels in total. The menu is very balanced and the meal quality is more than average. The registration process of the hostel is swift and the total amount is 264000.
