The admission process is quite easy. The minimum marks required in 12th is 45% in PCM and 40% in English, the age limit is a minimum of 17 years. You can take admission through JEE Mains, WEBJEE, and AMPAI. The cut-off of these examinations varies from year to year. You can also go for direct admission but there are high chances you won't get your desired branch. But you can change your branch after 1st year if you have good scores(above 8.5 CGPA)in 1st Year.

The biggest reason behind selecting Information Technology is it focuses more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical. Information Technology is not an isolated industry. It overlaps with every other sector. The rato of Faculty: student is 23:65.The terms are conducted very punctually. We have 2 semesters yearly and 4 Slot Exams in between them.

Around 20% of the students got internships. Two well-known companies offering internship this year is Capgemini and Knoldus Inc.Getting an internship is not that easy. The college also mails you regarding internships. You can apply for it and if you match the criteria and qualify the round you get the internship. You need to perform various tasks(according to your field) and need to complete projects before the deadline.

The placement starts as soon as you give your 6th-semester exams. Our college has a tie-up with top MNC like Accenture(also one of the Mass-recruiter for our college). The highest Package offered is approximately 7LPA and the average salary package offered is approximately 4LPA. Almost 80% of students got placed. Even in this pandemic, opportunities to get placed were no less.

The Fee for B.Tech(Normal Entry) is around 45,0000 INR(for 4 years). As far as I know, there is no hike in fees in the last 4 years. The college provides scholarships such as Sitaram Jindal Scholarship, Pragati & Saksham Scholarship, Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, and many more. I got placed in Cognizant Technology Solutions with a salary package of 4 LPA.

The college organizes two fest yearly named Kritanj and Navodaya. Kritanj is the largest techno-management fest in the city. Kritanj is organized in march and Navodaya is organized in April or May. The library has plenty of books on every topic and well-equipped. There is a reading room as well. The classroom is quite spacious and well-equipped. We have many sports events such as sports day, mini-marathon, etc. We also have Fashion groups, Drama groups, dance groups, and many more groups you can join according to your interest.

We have in total 5 hostels(3 Girl's Hostel and 2 Boy's hostel). Campus Girl's hostel is wifi-enabled. The rooms can have 2 or 3 beds. You will be allotted one according to availability. Every person in the room has a separate bed, cupboard, and chair. The Meal quality is quite decent if you compare it with other private colleges and the menu has a variety of food items for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
