I joined this Hindusthan Institute of Technology, Coimbatore through government quota. The Admissions process held through an open window system and I opted for this institution. Hostel Admission was also easy and transparent during the Admissions process
Course Curriculum Overview
During my study at Hindusthan Institute of Technology, the student-faculty ratio maintained 15:1with HIGHLY QUALIFIED faculty. Apart from the curriculum, there was content beyond the syllabus for each and every subject.
Internships Opportunities
Almost 90% of my batch got implant training and internship from top companies like pratt and Whitney Indian Training center - Hyderabad, Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited - Bengaluru jet Aerospace - Palaghat, iJet Aviation - Chennai, etc.
Placement Experience
From my pre-final year study, our college gave placement training. With the help of placement training more than 7 students got placed in cognizant. More than 80% got placed during the on-campus and off-campus placement drives.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was no fee hike during my stay in this institution. One of my friends got financial assistance for his studies through Shanthi Social Service(SSS). Also, my self and my classmates got Government Scholarship for every academic year.
Campus Life
I was our department Association president during my stay in the college. Under this association, they conducted more events like SAKURA - Symposium, Seminars, Workshops, Conferences. Pratt and Whitney Indian Training center, Hyderabad organized virtual training in jet propulsion which was an eye-opening program for all of us. Apart from curriculum events, Extracurricular events like Tamil Mandram, Women's day celebration, HI-SWING, etc...
Hostel Facilities
Amenities like water facilities, bathroom facilities, water availability, electricity, indoor, outdoor playground, and gym were fully functional 24x7. Everyday meal was Hygienically prepared in front of the hostelers.
Interview Experience
During the Admissions process, they conducted Group Discussion on the topic of ABJ'S 2020. Also, they conducted interviews, the questions were from Physics Chemistry, and Maths of 12th standard. I prepared all the interview questions during my school studies.
