- the college campus is far away from the bus stop nearly 2 km...it is hard to get a private bus to going outside from the campus
Course Curriculum Overview
the teaching is so friendly and easy to understand....the faculty members are always available and easily approachable...the curriculum is based upon as per the regulations of Anna University..by autonomous status the institute provide special subjects for students
Internships Opportunities
there are many industries are providing internships ...the institute allow students to attend online courses to develop their technical skills...there are few companies offer internships with stipend..you can apply online courses during your semester academics .. some departments got mandatory online courses certificates
Placement Experience
students from 5 th semester are eligible for campus placements drive...there are few opportunities for aeronautical and mechanical engineering students...many opportunities for computer and IT students..60 percentage students are placed in the placement drive..
Fees and Financial Aid
As I am a government quota student (7.5 special reservation for tamilnadu students) I am studied fully with free of cost...i need not to pay any fees, tution fee and also hostel fee...but I share my friend's fee structure... registration fees - 1500 tution fees - 87000 ( with lab fees ) examination fees - per paper 400 ( including mark statement) SCHLORSHIP DETAILS: first graduate scholarship - 27000 BC scholarship - 27000 MBC scholarship - 27000 SC and ST Scholarship - 27000 PMSS scholarship - 25000 education loan preference guide will be given by college for financial aid
Campus Life
hindusthan institutions are for full of fun and enjoyment campus for students...there are many events conducted by management for students happiness...natinal level technical symposium and flashmobs are conducted...22 clubs are available in our college...NCC , NSS , science club , matheletes club , drones club , astronomics club, green club , etc
Hostel Facilities
there are three types of hostels for students ...for first year students they have a seperate hostel...for boys cheran hostel , cholan hostel, pandiyan hostel , valluvar hostel( normal hostel for after 2nd semester) , Bharathi hostel ( deluxe hostel after 2nd semester) , kamban hostel ( ultra deluxe after 2nd semester) these hostels are available for boys inside the campus...for girls have nakshatra hostel and jansi Rani hostel ..bus was provide for girls students for morning class and afternoon lunch for the college to hostel...rented rooms are available for students who wants to reduce hostel charges...food quality is slightly bad for boys hostels....
Admission
as I was applied for tamilnadu Engineering Admissions counseling I got this college...I am interested in aeronautics to study...I got this college for my cut off...I prefer other top colleges but that colleges are placed after this college...so I missed other colleges
Faculty
for every 30 students there is a faculty incharge in all departments...the faculty members are so friendly and be kind...they clarify our doubts that we easily understood...there are 5 units for each paper and 2 internals for every two and half units.finaly you have semester exams and lab practicals and lab model exams
Interview Experience
there are no interview or group discussion conducted to select the student...i got this college by applying the TamilNadu Engineering Admissions counseling ( TNEA)... I thought that I make a mistake in my life..but after joining this college I make myself proud everyone says "oh great hindusthan" that time I feel better to select hiscollege...as interested in NCC i joining 2 TN AIR SQN NCC which is one of the biggest contingent on coimbatore ...
Night Life
the gym facilities are available in the campus area...MD bakes and Kavitha cafeteria for hitech...nuthya Xerox for stationary needs of students...there are many cafeterias available in the campus area...the college timing was 9.15 to 4.30...when going outside of the campus very safe...strict actions taken for girl students security...the management allow and permit students at night time to birthday celebrations outside the campus...but the campus gates are closed after 9.30 pm , no one will allowed after the gates closed
