Remarks

The admission procedure was quite simple, you have to apply through Haryana counselling and then fill out your preferences, there is YMCA, DCRUST, etc colleges in the Haryana counselling, you will get college according to your rank. I haven't availed any quota also all the staff is very helpful, I enjoyed my counselling day a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I was interested in mechanical engineering, machines fascinate me, I want to in the field of automobile. The faculty-student ratio is maybe 1:40. Professors are quite qualified and know how to teach, but if you are studying from a PhD scholar you may face some difficulties since many times professors are busy so they send their research scholars to teach. Term exams were quite punctual, we were taught from the first day that exams are bound to happen even if you are not taught that subject, but exams are not too difficult if you have studied properly you can pass the exams easily.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Internships opportunities are there in the college some companies do visit for internships also provide PPO and Stipends. Nowadays, virtual internships are being held and you have to do an internship for one month from second year summer.

Placement Experience

2

Placements are good for the branch CSE and ECE but not for core branches, I am not much aware of placements, but the highest package goes up to 6-7 lakhs and the average is 3.5 due to the mass placement held by TCS.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are not hiked regularly, and the fees of the college are quite low, for sure. 50,000 per year for an engineering program is very affordable and the cost to study is also very less since you can get most of the books from the library and online nowadays. Scholarship and financial aid are given to needy and deserving students.

Campus Life

5

Every year an annual fest is conducted namely Rythm and tech fest is also conducted, Library is beautiful and comprises hundreds of books. Sports activities are very much active on the campus. A lot of clubs are run by students on our campus you can find a group for every single hobby, be it dance, singing, literature, coding, machinery, management as I said every hobby is appreciated and you will find a group for it.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The room is provided with a bed (mattress not included), a table, and a chair. Rooms are very small and congested. Mess food is vegetarian only and the quality is not bad. During night mess you may find eggs but instead of that, you are not given any non-vegetarian food. The registration process is very easy and the hostel is quite affordable too.

I am in the computer science and engineering branch. I want to be a software developer and I am passionate about coding and I love to code that's why I am chosen this branch. The faculty members of my college are awesome and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. They cooperate with students in every situation . they focus much on the weak student so they can also pass the exam. they use the blackboard and smart classes both to teach the student effectively. we have industrial exposure also. the well built spacious will have no importance if not for the wonderful faculty the college has. All are faculty members are highly knowledgeable and done their post graduation from one of the top colleges like IITS. and most of the teachers are GATE qualified and even it is not once. they are writing the exam regularly. so, if you prepare for the GATE exam, then you can get great help from them. they used to prepare us for the GATE exam, along with academics

I am a Delhite and my college is on outskirts of Delhi and also i being residing near du north campus used to think i will enjoy the same college life. but being into a professional (b.tech) course gave me a different view of college and its life. i came to know how to lead a professional ethic life, learnt some good meaningful things.college management is getting strict day by day for laws against students but the other tasks like things that need to be get done from peon are not getting done. ac's dont work even after complaints. in total the college needs a great improvement else it will keep running the business with no fruits.
