One of the best in Bangalore.

College management is ok and are very strict when it comes to application and documents.

I entered this college through KCET and I scored a rank of 5702. I opted this college for the following 2 reasons: Heard it is excellent, Near my home(hardly 2 km).

They begin from the basics and designed their curriculum such that everyone gets along with the syllabus. They also follow the rule All work and no play makes jack a dull boy, giving us many co curricular activities and actively allowing us to take part in fests and other events.

College itself does not provide internship but the student is free to take up an internship on his own. I still done the general stipend. But many of our seniors are in internship with Google, Microsoft and many companies and most of them being in startups.

Placements is very good and last year our seniors were placed with about ninety percent . The last year highest package was about twenty four lakhs. We are trained right from the beginning in gaining job opportunities. Nearly around 50-60 companies have hired from us last year and with each year coming the no. of companies and placements are showing a increasing graph.

We have a yearly fest called Maaya , it is one of its own kind with fantasy as its main theme. Moreover we activity day- an interdepartmental competition and ethnic days and much more. We have nearly almost all colleges in bangalore coming and participating in our college for the maaya fest and it is usually a two day event our management, budget and fame of our fest is going high every year and moreover we have inter college competitions such as ingenius( a hackathon conducted by cse department), and many more.

Since I came through KCET my total fees for this college sums up to Rs.69750 a year, which I think is not too expensive. Everything is included - not required to pay any extra fees for the college. If you come through comedk, you have a fees of (approx.) Rs.Two lakhs/ year. This might sound expensive.

College itself didn't offer any loans or scholarships(not under my knowledge) but it supports scholarships from banks and online enterprises.

Our classes begin at 8:15 am and end at 3:45 with a short break(10:30-10:45) and lunch period (1:00 to 1:30). In our class there are about 20 -25 girls and 35-40 boys. Boys and girls are allowed to move freely and there is no discrimination against caste,creed,sex or religion. There is a bit discrimination about language but nothing to be taken seriously at all. Workshops and seminars from various personalities were frequently organised. There are clubs like ted, ingenius, dance, theatre and many more which shall make your time in this college memorable and enjoyable.

I am not a hostel student but under my knowledge I think the hostel is good. But only disadvantage hostilities have is(especially for first years and girls) is that they have to travel daily nearly 10 kilometres daily( coming and going). So I think it will be a bit difficult. When it comes to hostel food , my friends tell me its OK and there are not much varieties served. When it comes to food we have three- two small stalls for snack and juices and a canteen for food.

Our seniors are very helpful and they are very good people too(since there was absolutely no ragging) and yes they along with alumni take us seminars and be supportive in events like fests (in organizing and management stuff).

Yes exams and labs were frequent but we are given with some time to prepare for them. It is not very hectic but it is also not very chilled out. Every month we have a much hyped theory internal tests and at once in the ending we have our lab internals.

I went and paid my fees to Karnataka CET cell refering to this college(after I got allotted in the first round) and then went and submitted my receipt along with documents in the college. After the verification of documents and all the signatures stuff, I paid a college fees of Rs.18250(which included all the exam fees, library fees,stationary ,etc). Later I got a receipt and finally I was done with my admission.

Excellent and highly qualified faculty. We have the best faculty, who teach us with pleasure and utmost dedication. They are there for you at any moment you want them when it comes to studies. Right from the beginning till the end they are always with advices and tips for each test or any event that we are about to face.
