Remarks

I applied for SRCC but due to the low marks, I was not able to join there. I had not to avail myself of any quota. There was no problem in admission in sol as the passing marks student can get admission here easily and there are no age restrictions. The admission process is so simple that one can get admission there by sitting at home by just filling a form online on. Sol portal. I haven't chosen any counseling for the sol.

I choose this course as I am from a commerce background and also there are very affordable fees for the concerned course. The faculty-student ratio is quite good in sol. Faculties are so much educated having a good knowledge of the course. The teaching method of faculty is so attractive. There are annual exams in sol and I passed almost all the exams very easily.

Internships Opportunities

The reliance industry offered a job for a call center with a stipend of 22000 per month. I don't know the projects and outcomes. Although the project must be related to accounting or inbound calling. The project might have some more activities. But the detail I provided here is best of my knowledge

Placement Experience

From the 4th semester, students can get campus placement opportunities. Many renowned companies like tata, reliance had come with an average package of 17000 to 28000 per month for the clerk post. 10 percent of students get placement out of the total students who applied. I will do the job in renowned companies in the accounts department.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike in the sol course as it is affordable to us.I haven't got any scholarship, financial assistance, and job from campus. But yeah if I'll get an opportunity from sol. I'll definitely do my best to prove the college best

Campus Life

I haven't attended the annual fest. Yeah, I heard about them that they were amazing. In the sol library, you'll get almost all the books or any other material related to your course. Classroom are well furnished with cleanliness as a top priority. There are almost all the sports activities conducted by sol likewise in every college of India. Football, cricket, basketball, etc. I don't any social group.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Honest review of SLC

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
