Review from my perspective

According to the WBJEE result, I was admitted and the whole process was smooth. Just submit 20000 in counselling and go to college for admission. Otherwise, it is easy to admit through the management quota will lead you to pay almost 25000 rs. extra as per our batch.

Here we are taught according to makaut B.Tech syllabus. Some teachers are really good and some are below average. Some teachers are really qualified and knowledgeable but I can describe one bad condition that some lab classes are taken by lab attendants whose qualification is diploma passed. Exams are taken as per makaut guideline. If organizers are followed there is nothing difficult to pass. One more thing if you lubricate teachers it will take you to get full marks in lab exams no matters if you are talented or not.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. As the placement drive occurs with the assistance of techno India you will sit in many drives but all the techno group students are eligible for this kind of drives. The number of students is huge for each drive. Most companies are either software or sales based. CSE people get more drives than other branches. I get my job in a start up company. If you get one job you will not be able to attend any other drive. But these rules do not apply to all the students. Some students who are favourite to the teachers get more and more opportunities to sit in every drive.

I had neither scholarships nor any kind of situation to reduce my fees, so I had to pay rupees 40000 per semester and 20000 more at the time of admission. No idea about the fees hike policy and the semester fees are all about the cost of studies. For me, I have got a job in a start-up company and point to be noted that CSE people got maximum jobs rather than other streams.

Apart from pandemic situations annual fest and tech fest occurs. The library has sufficient books. classrooms have fans and lights and if a power-cut happens no security to get the generator on. You will have many opportunities for sports and extracurricular activities.
