Chitkara University College Internship Review

I applied only to Chitkara University because of their placement promise. Chitkara University promises to provide 100% placement. Talking about admission criteria candidate should have completed the bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% of marks in any stream or a candidate appearing in the final exam can also apply but the condition is the same they have secured a minimum of 50% marks till the previous year examination. Having previous work experience is not required or having a CAT/MAT exam is not required. If you don't give the CAT/MAT exam then the candidate has to give the college admission process exam. The exam consists of general aptitude, English and maths. And after clearing the exam they have to give a group discussion round then a personal interview for selection. If the candidate has given the CAT/MAT exam then they just have to pass the group discussion round and personal interview round for selection in college for MBA.

I chose to do an MBA in Business analytics from Chitkara University. I chose this course because Analysis is booming nowadays in the industry and have a greater carrier opportunity. Chitkara University has great faculty members. All the faculty are PhD and have great experience and goal-oriented. Faculty always use the latest study materials or case study to teach a concept. A Lot of assignments and projects are given to us to help us to make the concept clear. And faculty always help in every step and support not only in study but also motivate us to do more. They provide a huge amount of study materials and 24*7 support. At Chitkara University, we have a module system and after every module, he has an exam. The external Exam consist of 50 marks and 50 marks are given by faculty members according to our class performance, assignments, quiz, and other criteria.

College gives a lot of opportunity to doing an internship. For internship, college welcome more than 200 small and big companies and we have a lot of opportunities and chance to learn from industry. College highly focuses on internship and placement opportunity.

College claim to provide 100% placement to their students. Companies like IBM, Deloitte, e&y, Wipro, Infosys and much more international and national level companies come for placement. College also supports new ideas for startups and help students to become an entrepreneur. The highest package student achieve was 32 lakh and the average package of 5.5 lakhs. 95% of students got placement from the college. Even after the completion of the MBA campus tries to provide placement if a student is placed even after the MBA. The college takes care of its alumni a lot and helps them in every possible way. After the degree, I also want to get placed in a renowned industry as a business analyst.

The fee structure is very simple, we have to pay every semester. The fee per semester is 140000 for every MBA stream. College doesn't provide any scholarship to students for their education dut college provide loan letter for candidates who want to take a loan for their education. College put per day fine for late payment for the fee.

The college has a library and anyone can access the book at any time. The college has books of the curriculum and also have books to motivate students. College life is full of extracurricular activities. Every day college has some event to happen. They have a toastmasters club, awaaz, and much more extracurricular activity club so that student can indulge in other activities and keep their mind active. The college has a music, dance, drama and sports club also where everyone can participate and show their talent. College also motivates and support students to perform on stage and at the national level.

Taking admission in MBA CAT/MAT exam is a must but if a candidate doesn't give the CAT/MAT exam then the candidate has to give the college own admission process exam. After clearing the exam candidate have to give a group discussion round and the topic for the group discussion is based on the economy or the current event that happened. After group discussion candidate has to give a personal interview round in which the interviewer checks their basic problem-solving skills, their behaviour and why they want to do an MBA.
