Remarks
As per Josaa round and Csab rounds One has to write jee mains and get around good score . He needs to prepare well for the exam and gain good percentile . The student need to place the preference of the college he want to join in josaa rounds and check the resu?ts until 7th round to know where he finally got the seat .
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this because it was my interest in this and hoping the advances this can bring to the future generations. Faculty/Student ratio is 1/8 Faculty here are mostly done there research under various fields and also done their Ph.D from reputed colleges. Teaching is done through screen projector and whiteboard, blackboard. Exams were usually conducted as mid term and end sem exams , students need to have basic knowledge to pass the exam and good enough to excel it.
Internships Opportunities
Most the students work under professors and Ph.D students for internships to get the research knowledge and to enter into the field .But few companies like HCL,Vizag steel where students are attracted most
Placement Experience
Currently because of covid 19 placements have been declined but during offline most of the reputed companies visit the campus and most the students are being placed with good packages and more than 60%are being placed every year. Fourth Year students sit for placements. Companies visiting include Reliance, Accenture, Godrej,Tata motor etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is simple you to need to pay 66500 per semester and if in case u have ur income below 5 lakhs u gain the opportunity for fee Remission. And for the Sc/St students they need to pay around 7000 per semester . Students can also apply for various scholarships, then they are excluded from fee reimbursement policy.
Campus Life
Freshers at the beginning and Aarohi next then comes Axis , other clubs related activities are carried out and then comes the most awaited INSTITUTE Gathering where each department tries to get the trophy. Axis - It is the central India's largest fest , held in the month of march every year. It is the technical fest consisting of various events like Space Innovation Challenge, Wall Street, Karthavya, Dexter , 221 Baker Street , Freak-O-Matrix . Various guest lectures also the part of this fest . Various field experts from ISRO to Start ups are invited . IG - conducted in January Aarohi - conducted in October Vnit has its own library where students can access any book of their interest . There are different amenities like screen projector in the classroom for digital teaching. VNIT has it's own ground for Cricket, Football, Basket ball, Tennis Court, Badminton Court. Various social groups are there in campus like E-Cell for Entrepreneurship, Octaves for singing etc.
Hostel Facilities
For me from south part of India, everywhere we find the potato which i don't like , but the taste seems to be good as they try to cover all types of cuisines as INSTITUTE is in nagpur maharashtrian food is quite famous Room facilities: fan , lights , charging points , lan connections. Hostel registration takes place in Administration Block. Shankar nagar , Abhyankar nagar are tye areas where students leave if not in Hostel
