Useful Review of Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore

I applied to Mount Carmel but couldn't get any response from them probably due to the pandemic. Then, I applied to Kristyu Jayanti College, Bangalore. We can apply online as well as get the application form from their office, I applied online and got the mail for an interview within a few hours. The eligibility criteria are, having a decent percent in all subjects. The interview was done online, we had a formal introduction. We had a discussion about all the extracurricular activities I was involved in during my school. Then they asked questions related to our subjects. The questions were pretty basic.

This college provides tons of courses in the field of commerce, art as well as science. I chose B.com(honors) as I wanted to learn about financing and marketing. The facilities have high qualifications in their respective fields. They have simple teaching methods by which the students are able to understand the concepts clearly and they make sure all the students are aware of the recent updates regarding the subjects. They give examples while teaching the concepts so we have a clear understanding of them. The exam Schedule is given at the beginning of the term and the college is affiliated with Bangalore North University, so they follow the instructions given by the university.

The fee for the first year is 90,000. They charge extra fees for students outside Karnataka board. The college has scholarships like the "Kristyu Jayanti scholarship policy" in which it supports the students who are have financial problems.

The college gives lots of opportunities to its students to show their interests and hobbies. They have a fair amount of clubs ( like the CENTRE FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, NSS, INVESTORS CLUB, SPORTS CLUB, and many more) these clubs help students interact with each other and know how to build communication with different people. They also help in an individual's growth in the subject as well as keep them motivated.
