Hailing from a small district of West Bengal, I had just a dream and eagerness to start my career as a B.tech engineer. Fortunately, I have got a chance to study at GMIT with the help of a government scholarship. For admission, you have to give the entrance exam like WBJEE, JEE.
Course Curriculum Overview
I gladly share my positive journey in B.tech engineering at GMIT.Faculties are very supportive with every stage of your course. You wll get a complete package of campus life. They teaches us in a very friendly manner. They alwasy meet our queries. They also help us to prepare ourselves ready for industry.And you have to give 4 internal exams through a semester.
Internships Opportunities
Many reputed companies come here every year for the placements. Students get opportunity to appear in the interview from the 7th semester onwards. You get a chance to be absorbed by the reputed companies where GMIT will place you as an intern.
Placement Experience
The concept of paid internship in GMIT is very unique. Our college offers paid internships from the 7th semester onwards. Great scope for students to earn while learn. Career Developement Cell is known as placement cell in GMIT. It orchestrates an efficient process of getting students job, inculates professional courses, technical and nontechnical mock interview session and soft skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
GMIT assists every student to avail Govt. scholarship for their studies. My overall fees approxmately 3,20,000 rs. and i also get the Swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship and I get 60000 rs. per semester from this scholarship. Also u can get bank loan if you need this.
Campus Life
GMIT proves a pool of opportunities for me. Studies, fun, sports, technology, everything is here. Here, you will get full package of campus life. Labs, classrooms, Libraries all are well furnished. You will get yor semester books from the library.
