College friends are important you must this 4 years learn to enjoy hangout go outing IV with friends study for knowledge not securing excellent marks.

I have given MHT-CET i managed to secure 130 out of 200. R.A.I.T aka dy patil. I got the college information of R.A.I.T's ex student who is my friend he said college has decent placements and crowd is nice.

In general mumbai university is famous for placements , curriculum is not practical oriented but theory oriented. So most times there is theory no practicals, 4 th year you will have Project main project. while 2nd and 3rd year have mini projects. Mumbai university exams are uncertain, U cant predict paper will be easy for tough.

Placements are decent. In 2015-2016 companies like TCS selected 287, capgemini selected 33, TecM selected 22, protegrity selected 4, Jp mogan selected 2 , Relince Jio selected 20, ATOS selected 10, ingram selected 8, etc around 40-50 companies came.

Horizon annual event is main attraction 3 day event will have fun sports,DJ night all kind of stuff. lots of technical events happen like tech now, techmate etc each sem have one technical event which is also 3 days event.

If you are open category so u have to pay full amount which is near about 100000 per year And each year fees increase by 10%, OBC have to pay half fees other cast i have no clear idea, but they have to pay only 5000-6000 rs (not sure) E.B.C will have to pay very less fee.

TATA offers scholarship tuition fees after 1 year college will refer if you have scored good marks, that will be based on pointers( Mumbai university marks system).

In R.A.I.T, seniors are very helpful they will guide you though how to appear to placements, In general life related problems also one senior guided me with event management.

Every day you have 1 lab of particular subject of that semester of 2 hours if you attend whole college lec then u will have hectic day 1 hr lecs, 1 hr lunch break labs are compulsory, lecs we are allowed to bunk maintain OK attendance each sem have 2 , 30-30 marks term test.

In 2012, admission process is simple. i had to apply for all colleges in online process as DTE rules. First round was mock round so ,candidate get idea which college he/her might get,By seeing that you can change preferences of colleges. After that 1st round starts know as CAP round,In this you will get college according to your marks and preferences. If you satisfied with college then within 3 days you have to take admission. If you didnt liked college then wait for second round but this round is almost last, In this u have to take admission in allocated college.

Faculty is nice if u attend the lecture, they will give there best to help you college have 10+ experience in teaching some teachers are boring (we cant argue with this, study is boring) but remember one thing teacher does not matter, you have help yourself learn concept on your own or google it.
