A college full of opportunities.

The bad thing about campus is that one have to keep 75% attendance criteria or else he/she is not allowed to give semester exams. Also there is no separate sports field for cricket and football games the Wifi speed is really good but on some places there is no wifi range in the campus.

I got admission on basis of JEE MAINS score in this college. My score was 51/360. I choose this college as this is in outskirts of Mohali city. Also the Placements of the college is well enough. From last 3 years in this college the placements i have seen the highest salary package avg for each year is above 20lakhs p.a.

The syllabus of University ain't advanced so we don't get the chance to study that in syllabus. But the college provide enough knowledge materials and workshops to keep students updated to latest technologies. There are almost 1 workshop every month on different technologies. There are also many organisation formed in the campus by students that organize different events and guest lectures. Also we college have a regular Entrepreneurship awareness camp that teaches how a person can start his own business.

Yes the college provides internship to students that clear the test organized by the college. Also they refer students to companies for the internships, who have good subject knowledge and practical knowledge.

The placements for students in b.tech CSE, IT, & ECE are really good as every year almost 200+ companies approach our college for placements. And the overall placements is also good the number of placements every year is around 1300+ . The highest salary package offered every year from last 3 year i have seen is around 20 lakh + and the average salary package is 4 lakh.

There are many different events organised by college like workshops on different technologies also there is separate college fest knows as parivartan in which there are many events that enhance the student qualities and also provide the a platform to students to show there talent and win prizes. There are many events in the fest which are under different categories like cultural events , that include dancing singing and other events . Non- technical events which include paper writing rangoli design etc. Technical event include robot war, circuit designing, programming , debugging etc,

The fee structure of college among the colleges in the area is much less the semester fee for b.tech course is 43000 per semester and hostel fee is 70000 per year the food provided in hostel is healthy and well served also there is 24/7 wifi facility provided with a speed of 1mbps students can also get all there course books in the library and many other books also to increase there knowledge. There are many books by different writers for same subject in the library.

Yes the college provide students scholarships for minority and backward cast categories depending on there parents income also there are different scholarship tests for brilliant students that score good in the test.

The campus life is very well, there are cctv camera's to keep the eye on every place in the campus the security guards are also placed on every entrance as well as inside the campus for security. There are many sports events organised by college, like football tournament, athletic meet, cricket tournament almost every sport tournaments happen in the campus every year.

The food provided in hostel is healthy and clean the taste is also good as i haired from many of my friends studying in different colleges the food in provided in our hostel mess is much better than theirs the Rooms are also cleaned every 2-3 days by the workers and the bathrooms and toilets are cleaned every day the bathrooms and toilets are joint for all students.

The senior students are very friendly and helpful there is no party system in the college so no group fights happen in the campus neither there are issues of student parties also there is 0 ragging in the campus all seniors respect the new students.

The exam question papers are set by PTU .The seating arrangement for exam is well planned and the case of cheating is minimized also there is checking outside exam centre for slips and electronic devices. In the exam hall sitting is so planned that only 2 different department students are made to sit together apart from semester exams there are mid semester exams they are also centralized which decide the internal marks in the university exams.

I got admission on the basis of my JEE MAINS score and the PTU counselling criteria we only have to fill the PTU counselling online and the seats are alloted through counselling. We just had to reach the college to get the admission. The administration was really good there was separate Hall where the admissions took place for the students taking admission through counselling. We submitted our required documents and PTU seat alottment form. Then we were registered after submission of 1st semester fees.

The faculty that is teaching us is really good. Most of our teachers are Ph.D. They are friendly and of good nature. The faculty is qualified and experienced so they know the best way to make the students understand a topic. All the teacher's are ready to help the students in there projects and also keep motivating to work on projects and learn new thing and practice that by making different projects.
