Remarks
New Delhi Institute of Management have best industry links and good faculty with higher placement rates. College offers dual specialization to the students in various fields. As my course is running in pandemic, all the classes are conducting online so, I think that college must start offline classes as the PGDM is a practical course and it need physical presence of students. I visited collegedunia.com for comparing the various colleges but I selected Ndim.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opted PGDM because it provide practical and industry exposure and I always have keen interest in management and marketing skills. The faculty is very helpful and concentrate not only on academics but helps in overall personality development. most of the faculty members are from industry and having a decades of experiance in corporate world.
Placement Experience
Placements starts from second semester. Approximately 200-250 companies visit for the campus placement and most of them are well known organizations like- Deloitte, Amazon, Google, Flipkart, etc. Highest package is 18-20 lakhs and average package 7-8 lakhs.
College Events
College conducts many events and extracurricular activities which keeps students engaged and active. This bring new experience for the students. Events like-Manthan, Quiz, Sports events etc. There are many clubs such as- IT club, sports club, library club, literature club, finance club and many more who conducts all the events. Students enjoys a lot in these events.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is also very good as there are lots of facilities for the students such as auditorium, library, sports facility, canteen etc. Around 60-70 students can visit library at a time. Indoor sports such as- Pool, chess, carrom, etc are available for students for fun and relaxation.
Admission
I had quite interesting Experience of GD-PI.In GD, the topic was "Is India ready to fight with COVID-19".In PI, introduction and general question was taken in first round. Second round was of general knowledge and third round was of academic questions.
