Entrance Preview
I took the MAT examination and my score was 93 percentile. I opted for this college because it has good Infrastructure, faculty and the course fee is also reasonable. The institute focuses on overall personality development.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum is as per the Guidelines of the HRD ministry. However to make it interesting the college has its own methods like regular presentations, Group Discussions, Industrial Visits , Seminars, Guest Lectures and other cultural events. This overall helps in the students to participate and interact with lots of people from different stream in life.
Internships Opportunities
The internship is provided through different companies but not directly in the college. The Internship is a regular part of the college activity and every year the students are sent for internship to different corporate houses / institutions for full two months internship.
Placement Experience
Overall the placement is good. Every year almost around 90 to 95 % of the students get placed in very good companies and also get a good starting package. The companies are mostly well established entities which provide a good career platform to the students. There is a dedicated Placement cell which looks after the placement activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
During our time it was not in use however these days they do have scholarships (details can be obtained from the campus as I have no information in this regards).
Campus Life
As already mentioned the campus life is a proper blend of learning and fun. Gender ration is almost equal. Good lab facilities is available. And as mentioned earlier a lot of academics and cultural events are organised every year.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a Alumni Club and every year the college also organises the Alumni meet where all old students get a chance to revisit and meet and discuss their experiences with the current batch.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is very supportive and is designed in such a way that there is sufficient time between the papers. If due to any genuine emergency someone misses the exam then they can request for special arrangement to complete it at a later stage.
Admission
You need to apply on the basis of your MAT/CAT score and if the application is shortlisted you are called in for a GD and PI. Post qualifying in the GD and PI you get admission. The Admission form is available both in the campus as well as on the website. The administration team is very friendly and the admission process is also very simple.
Faculty
Some of the best teaching and non teaching staff is available in the campus. The faculty is very wisely chosen to ensure that the course is covered in the best possible way. Besides the campus also has some very experienced guest faculty as well. Thee guest faculty is from different well established institutes, corporates and universities.
