I particularly have chosen this course as it has a huge scope & job opportunity with high packages for the determined fellows, also graduates of this course are in high demand regarding the future aspects.Respected Faculty members are well educated & know the ways of teaching in a way so that the students take interest.Term examination are taken on time, it's been kept in mind that the students are prepared & syllabus is also done.Overall everything in my opinion is quite well.

Internships Opportunities

I m currently doing 3 internships.1. As an Intern at Mindler, my role is to promote the scholarship hunt of 30+ crores that is organised by them along with 25+ companies.2. As an intern and ambassador at AFH( Aspire For Her) my role is to support the same & contribute my creativity in organising types ofevents & writing content for their blogs.3. As an intern at CollegeDunia my task is to take reviews for different colleges so as to contribute in the correct information provided by them on their website.

Placement Experience

From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Already told, since this is my first semester & gathering has been restricted by the government itself so i don't have the information regarding the names of companies & no of offers made or the highest package offered. 99% got a good placement.After graduation i Will be opting for a good job in a reputed company.

College Events

Since this is my first year and everything specially gathering has been strictly restricted, so i don't have the accurate information regarding the sports or extra curricular activities or annual & tech fest thought i know tgat they are usually held in the year end.Regarding the library, as i have mentioned already that all sort of books & journals are available in a very good condition in the library.

Campus Life

Sports facilities are just ohk, Wi-fi works well, There's no issues such like network problem or server down. library is quite good & large & contains all sort of necessary books, even it contains the books up to our demand. One must say library is the best part in this institute, peace is maintained in the library very well, lab equipments are in good condition too

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

BEYOND THE BOOKS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
