Good college to enjoy and learn.

College is Good and economical. One concern i have is they need to get campus for students by contacting and providing good accommodation to campus hiring companies.

Karnataka CET. I scored 20101 rank in it. I have chosen this college because seats were available for the branch i am interested in and also i heard as college review is good. And also Gadag is near to my native.

Course is good as usual first year we had all the common subjects and good quality labs (Not excellent one) like chemistry, Autocad, Physics, Mechanical workshop and computer labs Initial years less research focused faculty and team But later 2 years we got lecturer who supported us to work as research minded students course structure is good as it is provided by our university VTU Belgaum. It helped us to learn the subjects gradually in incremental manner though we got bored about some subjects which were out of interest for me personally.

No. It won't provide. During my tenure no companies visited our college for internship Even today also I feel no companies visit for internship.

Placement and job opportunities are not that great i can say moderate in that during my tenure now it might be little good. Our placement coordinator faculty was good and he managed to two companies to our college and we attended many pool campus to other colleges.

When it comes events we celebrated and conducted many events during 4 years it was jolly days. Annual day every year, Last year batch send off day, Branch wise cultural/technical events day every year, Inter college paper presentation day, State level paper presentation competition, State level Cultural event competation, We had association for each branch , every year association day, Dandiya nights by College with all the branch, DJ nights event, Social cause events like Blood Donation camps and tree plantation etc.

Fee structure is not that expensive during my tenure it was like govt fee 28000Rs per annum for 1st year later year it was 25000Rs college development fee 10000Rs per annum for 1st year later years will reduce by 2000Rs every year if you are opting for non govt seat then it was ranging from 1lac per annum to 2.5lac per annum depends on the branch.

As per the information I have there is no such facility from the college but i used to apply for govt sponsored scholarship for less income background people. I availed this scholarship.

Campus life is good. We have decent classrooms, Good labs, good lawn and garden outside college. We can hang out and garden study chit chat gender diversity was good for other branches but in my branch it was to fair : 60% Female and 40% male sports activity was not that great since we dont have such a big ground to play sports 1 college supports for extra curriculum activities like inter college quiz competition, paper presentation, cultural events and many more.

Hostel facility is good. During my tenure it was really good and worth for the money we pay when i started, fees was around 12000Rs to 15000Rs based on room facility per annum later they moved to new facilities and building so they increased it to 22000 to 25000 food quality and options is very good. Mostly veg once in a week they used to prepare non-veg security to the building and people is also good.

Recently they have started Alumni association they invited us by all social medias. We will visit college whenever there is event and functions. They seek our help for juniors in jobs matter.

Exam structure is systematic and little tough compare to other Universities. some times we used to get out syllabus questions there used to internal exams three times in semester best of three they used to pick. Internal marks were allotted and it was in our college faculty hand not with University. We used to have good question paper from some good faculties which makes our life easy during final exams.

When We(me and my father) visited the college for admission, we received admission form kit and the details to read. We read all the rules and structure of fees and donation. Govt fee 28000Rs and College development/donation was 10000Rs. There was also Hostel fees structure. but I didn't fill in that since i was opting for that. We have paid 38000Rs total fees and got the admission. I received sms before the college start. With that notification I prepared myself and started my journey.

Though I manage to secure good marks in every semester, faculty was good at 1st year later years not that great for all subjects few are Excellent, good and poor. My college needs to improve on faculty hiring. Not all are bad few are so if our college admin can focus on this it will help students i can rate 5 out of 10 on the faculty matter.
