Remarks
As this Dyal Singh college is a Delhi university college so admission was the based on 12th percentage cutoff. The cutoff in the initial lists was very high as usual. But in the end, I got the courses in which I wanted to be and got this college which is very good in terms of academics and the faculties here are very hardworking.
Course Curriculum Overview
The first semester was of around 5 months, this could be because of the PANDEMIC that the session started a bit late this year. Talking about the semester exams they were pretty good actually. As the university sets the paper so it is exactly to the syllabus and was not much difficult to pass.
Placement Experience
As in my course, we cannot expect to get a campus placement because it is not any skill-based or technical course. Although it has a great scope and horizon. Also for some courses like BCOM and etc, it provides pretty good placement options from great companies like Delloite and EY.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee I paid during admission included the exams fee for 1st and 2nd sem. So it was much affordable as compared to other colleges. Also, it provides scholarships to the students. Also, we filled a form about the fee concession. As this college is run by a charity it helps deserving students financially.
Campus Life
Talking about the structure, our college has the biggest campus in the entire south campus. It is around 12 acres. It has all the basic facilities. Also, social groups like NCC and NSS are very active here. I am also an NSS member and I am enjoying it there as it is very active and happening.
