GNIT Campus Tour

I did not apply for any other college other than GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. Because it was my first choice. I got admission through direct admission. The admission criteria are simple. You should have 60% in 10th and 12th. If you have that then you can get the sit easily. The admission process was very smooth. If you have any problem in filling any from one of them from admission will assist you in each of the problems.

I have chosen this course because of my passion for circuit and its related work and also I will have the privilege of switch between core and it industry. We do have 46 faculty members. They are very qualified and helpful. Anyone can approach them at any time and they are always ready to help. The HOD is also helpful. Every semester end there will be a training program conducted by the college and faculty members. They take the termly exam on time and the question quality is a pretty good standard. If anyone has the knowledge he or she will be passed easily.

Various companies partner with our college like Capgemini, Hexaware, Persistent, HCL, Tech Mahendra etc. My final year project is about how renewable energy use in the agriculture field and my project is also approved in IDEA-O-METER.

There are lots of companies came to our campus. The placement rate is quite higher than other colleges. The placement rate is around 91%. The companies also came with good packages. College also gives training to the students and gives a dedicated platform to practice for the student. The placement training starts from the 3rd year and the training is so intense that students can crack the placement drive easily.

The fees structure is very aggressive. They also help students to pay the semester fees in many halfs. That's how college is helpful in financial assistance. I have got the job in PERSISTENT SYSTEM and the package is 4.5lpa which is a good package for beginners. The placement rate is very good and it is around 91%.

The infrastructure of the college is very good. Every year college cultural committee organise big cultural fest, tech-fest, freshers and book fair. The library is very large and the collection of the books is good and the quantity too. There is open access for students to read books in the library. The library also has online books facility. There are lots of game can be played in the campus. we have a basketball court, cricket ground, football ground, table tennis, carrom, gym. Our college has own various intercollege tournament in various sports.
