I've just applied to the GBU because of its reviews from my friends. The application was submitted online through the official website of the college and then I got finalised for the counselling day. On counselling day you have to pay the registration fee which is 10000 and then they explain everything about your course along with the faculty introduction.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course on the basis of carrier guidance from my counsellor. The facilities of the gbu are very experienced in their profession and are highly qualified. They spend most of the time with thier students and encourage them for extracurricular activities also. The exams are held twice as mid and end per semester while in between various assignments and projects are given to all the studnets students.
Placement Experience
The campus placement of the GBU is just fine, the college does not provide any 100% placement guarantee, there is only 70 to 80% placement is there. Inspite of campus placement college arranges job fairs too for the placements in internships for the freshers I got my internship as hr in lido learning from the job fair. Companies like lido leaning Byjus tech and IMT visits the campus but the overall placement is dependent upon the student's skills and marks.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the GBU is fixed and the fee has to submit semester wise but the hostel and mess charges have to be submitted year wise. The college does not provide any scholarship but they provide reward money for every student for their excellent performance in their class. The money reward is 20000 for every batch and year.
Campus Life
The socities of the GBU student union are in various fields such as dance art Nukkad Natak NCC NSS and sports and placement cell. The sports activities of the GBU are highly promoted by the college so that every student can take part in them. All types of books and journals related to every course are available in the college central library so that studnets dont have to purchase anything from outside.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel registration is done at the same time with admission procedure as the hostels are compulsory for all the batches and courses students. The hostel rooms are separately for one person with an attached balcony in it and they provide a light fan side table chair table and bed. Students especially girls are not allowed to move out of the hostel area after 7 in the evening. The hostel staff and caretakers are very polite and help students in everything.
