Admission Process Admission is through a centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra based on the rank obtained in MHCET 2017/ JEE (Mains)Other eligibility criteria Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies & obtained the above-mentioned marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET. All India candidates need to appear for MHTCET/JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains will be preferred over MHTCET
