Excellent Academics, Extra-curricular, Faculty & Infrastructure: MIT World Peace University

The admission process into two rounds. One was the entrance exam followed by a Personal Interview. It was a smooth process and the volunteers and faculty were very friendly. We were informed well in advance regarding the schedule and there were help desks situated everywhere to guide you to your destination.

Since MIT-WPU follows a trimester pattern we had our term exams every three months. The pattern of the paper was informed well in advance and the study material was given accordingly. The faculty used to conduct revision classes and give assignments that would help for the preparation of the exams. It was easy to clear the exams.

I got an opportunity to intern with SportsIndi for 2-3 months as a Digital Marketing Intern. Here I learned a lot and could explore my career options. They taught me how to create graphics, how to market them and how to strategize content which is currently helping me in my career.

Currently, I am pursuing PGDM in Entrepreneurship from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and doing freelancing in Graphical Designing and Content Writing. I am to start my own startup. The overall experience has been good with internships and placements.

Since I was a rank holder I got two scholarships from the university. Furthermore, we had compulsory internships to do over the course of time. I did not opt for placements as I wanted to complete my education further.

The exposure the university gave was excellent. Apart from academics, the university has many extra-curricular activities inclusive of clubs and events run by students. Some of which include Sports Fiesta, Enthusia, etc in events and The Writer's Club, Music Club, Photography Club, etc. In clubs.

Preparing for these rounds wasn't difficult. The university had organized crash courses followed by a mock exam. The questions in the exam were easy and general to check your mathematics skills, verbal skills and general knowledge. The personal interview involved some questions related to current affairs and other general questions aswell.
