There is an entrance exam. Any graduate is eligible for it. The syllabus of the entrance exam is also general (English, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Ability, General Knowledge). If you an external, score above 60 marks out of 100 to secure a seat. Next, you will be short-listed for Group Discussion and Interview round. These consist of 25 marks. If you are confident and proficient in English, this should be easy for you.

I chose this course to make my career in Islamic Banking and Finance. The faculty is saturated. Some are highly educated and prominent scholars, others are new. Some do concept-based teaching, some prefer old-school teaching. Exams are not difficult to pass if you are regular and attentive.

College doesn't provide many opportunities for internships. Though, they feed you with information regarding available internships. You have to apply on your own. Best to look at internships on platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, etc, or search locally.

A considerable amount of placements going on. The average placement package would be around 5-6 lacs per annum. Many companies like Byjus, Vedantu, Mahindras, etc. And other local companies hire different branch students for different roles. You can also pursue a P.HD course from here after getting your degree.

The fees of the program are very less. Probably the most economic MBA course in the country. Fees are negligible if compared to private institutions. Around 18000 for the first year, 10000 for the second year. Hostel charges are 2100 per year. Dining charges are 1500 per month approx. There are various scholarships that can be availed such as Lead-Ignite Scholarship, Alumni sponsorship, and more.

Don't expect spacious first-class rooms. Many hostel buildings are old. Though new are being constructed. Temperature is an issue in summers, best to install your own air-coolers. Dining may not be satisfactory in taste, but it suffices in being hygienic, fresh, and on time. There is a brief registration procedure for hostels. Shouldn't be hard. If you wish to rent a room or PG, then the surrounding environment and locality are safe and conducive.

Syllabus for Objective Type Written Test includes General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Ability. Practice daily in each subject for 2 months at least. The Group Discussion topic will also be general in nature. Be confident and spontaneous. Speak clear and good English to ensure selection.
