Remarks
College process is like that, first we have to upload the document all on a portal. Then every college's cut off is displayed. According to your marks you get college and branch in that college. I was not availed for any quota. The admission criteria for E&Tc department is minimum 85 marks in MHT-CET. For jee there quota for 5-6 students , for getting selected by jee marks you need minimum 60-70 marks.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed E&Tc because I have personal interest in this field. And the best thing about this field is that you can choose to go in IT or core of E&Tc easily. There are teacher different for every subject, some are assigned to only lab. Teachers are well qualified, some have done PhD also. There is fixed timetable for exam, which you get at the start of academic year, there can be a difference between 4-5 days of exam days mostly exams are carried out on given date in timetable. Exams are of medium level. Teacher will provide some important questions before exam which will help to atleast pass the exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for my year was 96000(2018) and I guess there is hike for 10000 every year. There are also extra charges for various things like library charges, you have to buy college paper on your own. There are many scholarship available by government, like scholarship for hostels, EBC , etc
Campus Life
There is an annual festival in month of January/December. Many events are carried out in this festival. Some are technical and also cultural events too. Solo or group also. There are number of books available in library, but you can take 2 at a time. But you can also take books from departmental library. There are many groups in college who carried out many events in every month. There is club for every field like art, astrology, shortfilm, etc you can join any club you want. There also football, cricket, handball teams. And there is annual sports day too.
