RMD Engineering College - Review

I have applied in SSN Engineering college but the college fees were more and so I didn't join in that college. so I have joined in RMD Engineering College. I have availed through Government Quota. The selection process for the college is online but the verification process is online. They verify all the certificates such as Transfer Certificate, Marksheets and all . After got verified in all the certificates. I went to college and paid the fees and the books for that sem will be given on Inauguration day.

I chose Information Technology because I am good at coding and moreover it's my personal Interest to work in an MNc's. The total number of students bis about 40 whereas 20 girls and 20 boys. The qualification of the faculty is Ph.D. in their respective fields. All the professors are highly qualified and experienced. The teaching method is mostly on practical-oriented classes. There will be exams like cycle test, Internal exams, and Model exams which quite often occurs in the college. The difficulty level of the exam is easy.

The companies such as cts, Wipro, infosys hire students for the internships with the stipend of around 15,000 and it gets increases based on their performances. The roles will be like system analyst, web developer, app developer , system manager etc. The projects must be on technical side such as app development and the web development projects.

The students are eligible in the third year itself. The Companies like Infosys,Cts , Wipro, Adobe , Flipkart often visit the colleges for the student recruitment. The highest package is about 15 lpa and the average package is about 4 lpa. the percentage of students who gets placed is about 96 %. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue my masters in abroad.

For Counselling that is for government quota students, the fees is about 1,25,00 and for management quota students the fees is about 1,50,000 inclusing bus and mess. The scholarship is also provided for all the counselling students based on their marks and percentage.

The college does not conduct any annual fest but a tech-fest usually occurs where many students participate and get certifications and prizes based on their performances. There is all kind of books and journals available in the library which is inside the college campus. Students can refer to the books anytime with the faculty's permission. The classrooms are very clean and neat. The benches and tables are also very comfortable. Those who are interested in sports can play the games inside the college campus. There are pages on Instagram and Facebook which are being run by the college seniors.
