The truth of RMD ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Curriculum is very worst the won't even follow that curriculum, they will change for their wish and also they won't focus on student studies like we need to reach them we need to sharp them , they only focus on intelligent students and make special class room for them and for them only they will teach evrything , remaing students they will leave for air , and also they won't give time for any other extra curricular activities, always they will keep exams and re exams for making students feel irritated and burden . They mostly focus on their college reputation they won't care about stress and burden on students . There wont allow for sports and other activities. And also they will treat students as prisoners.

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

For me no reservation iam an oc category and also iam not from tamilnadu iam from Andhra Pradesh, so I need to pay 5 lakhs for donation and collages fee of total 2.8 lakhs . For collages fees 150000 and for hostel 99000 And for training and placements 15000 and for caution deposit 5000 For Tamil students they can provide scholarships and also based on their inter marks they can provide fees concession. Over all the donation is high for non Tamil students nearly 5lakhs when I was joined, but now it was increased upto 7 lakhs , i have enrolled in cse B.E in 2022 and my graduation year is 2026 .

I have been living in this college for nearly 3 years and till now here no fests, cultural activities, functions , proagreames . Only there will be some speeches related to studies and some guest lecturer on placements. There will be library but students are allowed to library on some time only and also they should not allowed to study at that library . Classrooms are like normal only like we see in schools and there will be no extracurricular activities in college , there will be no clubs , no social groups . Literally in my words it's a jail for students(prisoners)

The hostel rooms are very consested , and for each there will be 4-5 peoples and there will be common bathroom for all people , and rooms are not very clean . Coming to meals it's like home food only but coming to non-veg items they will keep in limit for students . And also hotel process is very simple we need to pay fees and fill the form and submit that's it after that they will give some another form , while joining in hostel we need to show that in hostel for getting room . Students are not allowed outside from hostel after 8 ,the gates will be locked .

I choosed this college because of my parents and my brother , they forced me to join in this collage bcz this college is very strict and they will take care on each student and also they will show intrest on each student , like that they forced and made me joined in this college . Even my brother studied in veltech college and he knows about other colleges in chennai , so he also forced me to join in that college and me feel very burden and stress

I have enrolled in cse B.E , at present iam in 3rd year ,the faculty are very rude to telugu Students ,the faculty treat harshly with telugu students , but they will be very funny and happy with Tamil students , coming to course structure per year we need to pay 285000 , 150000 for college fees , 99000 for hostel fees , 15000 for placements traing and 5000 for caution deposit. For dayscholar they will need to pay only 230000 bcz the won't have hostel but they need to pay for hostel mess for eating in mrng and afternoon, Coming to best faculties in first year every faculty will be very strict they will take care on each student seperately, then after coming to 2nd year the will leave students like they will teach and they will leave , remaing students only need to do everything, but if they get less marks means staff will call to their parents , In senior class faculties they will mostly focus on placements for final years Per each semester there will be 2-internal assessments , 2- cycle tests, 1- model examination, 1- semester exam and practicals . They will mix juniors and seniors in exam seatings like side by side and also the exams will be held very strictly. If any one caught keeping slips their exam will be cancelled and that subject will be arrear for that person . Every staff will focus on that particular student . In my class there will be total of 60 students in that nearly 15-20 students have arrears, and for 3-4 persons have nearly 5-8 arrears. If a person has more arrears then the clg management force that person to go for higher studies to increase their placements count percentage
