Remarks
The major factor for me choosing IIM Bodh Gaya over other IIMs was ROI. Here the mean and median package clocked 10.5 lpa and the fees was also the same. Also, Bodh Gaya being in close proximity to my hometown I preferred it over Sambalpur, Sirmaur and Jammu.
Course Curriculum Overview
Comparing it with the IIMs belonging to same league it has much better curriculum as it's been developed under the guidance of IIM Calcutta. The Faculties are very co-operative and friendly also they're themselves IIM Graduates.
Internships Opportunities
I got the opportunity to Intern with Campus Mall. I'm working on Marketing the company and it's offerings amongst B2B clients. I'm working on Social Media Marketing and Strategizing the ways to tap the market. I'll be paid with 40000 as stipend for the same.
Placement Experience
First we have Summer Internship Program which is must for every student. The placements start for it within 2 months of joining. The average stipend is around 36000 and companies including BNY Mellon, Ultratech, Shri Ram Housing Finance, Viatris, Jio Creative Labs to name a few. The Final Placements start after the end of summer project and in 2nd year. This year the median package was 10.7 lakh and companies including McKinsey, Tata Power, BNY Mellon, Gartner, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tech Mahindra, Byjus recruited from Campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
IIM Bodh Gaya charges the lowest fees among IIMs. Adding upon that we also have NBFA (Need Based Financial Assistance) which can be availed by any of the student. Also, the Return on Investment factor makes it the best choice amongst its counterparts as the median package is similar to the fees and both being 10.7 lakh.
Campus Life
Life at IIM Bodh Gaya is nothing sort of a rollercoaster ride. During the first trimester it's very tough to get time for things other than academics and Clubs and Committees but even amidst all these hectic schedule Clubs like Unnayan and Cultural Committee ensure that we have enough time for fun. Sports Committee will leave no stone unturned in making life easier for students.
Hostel Facilities
MBA being a residential course it is must for every student to reside in college Hostels only. We have state of start infrastructure and amenities. We have full fledged outdoor cricket stadium to play Cricket. In Hostels we have indoor sports facilities available too. Also the rooms are fully furnished and single occupancy.
